01Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
02Our role
Success Logistics LLC is an independent truck dispatching service. We are not a freight broker, shipper, or motor carrier. We act on behalf of carriers to locate, negotiate, and book loads and to handle related administrative tasks.
03Carrier responsibilities
Carriers are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, licensing, and compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations, as well as for the safe operation of their equipment and the final decision to accept any load.
04Fees
Dispatch fees are described on our Pricing page and in your signed Dispatch Agreement. Where they conflict, the Dispatch Agreement controls.
05Limitation of liability
Success Logistics LLC is not liable for cargo loss or damage, accidents, delays, broker non-payment, or other issues arising from the transport of freight. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the dispatch fees paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
07Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
