How is the dispatch fee calculated?
Our fee is a flat percentage (5–8%) of the gross line-haul rate on each load we book, based on your equipment type. You only pay on loads that are delivered.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no add-on charges. The percentage you see is the only fee you pay.
Do I have to accept every load you find?
Never. We have a strict no-forced-dispatch policy. We present the best options and you approve every load before it is booked.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our dispatch agreement can be cancelled at any time with written notice. We earn your business load after load.
When and how do I pay?
We invoice weekly for completed loads. If you use a factoring company, we can coordinate directly with them for a seamless process.
What do I need to get started?
An active MC authority, a W9, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Submit them through our Carrier Sign-Up form and you can be loaded within days.
